I was greeted as I walked in. I had keys and water in my hand before my family walked In the door. I felt important. The hallway was well lit and had a good temperature and smell. Room looked immaculate.

Everything was great. However, at check-in, the staff member was having a hard time with my account. She was so kind and trying her best. It took her a little bit of time therefore we ended up with a line. There was another staff member who was there but left. I understand that it was time to leave but there was a line. He could have stayed and helped.

What an awesome experience to stay in this hotel, from location to staff members. Room was perfect and the housekeeping staff was awesome. Everyone was in the best mood and willing to help. We atay for a whole week because our daughter was playing softball and it was great to have somewhere as this to come back and recover after a long day in the fields! Breakfast was a excelent and everything was fresh. For sure we are going to keep coming back to this brand!
