Excellent location and beautiful surroundings. A very spacious villa in a lovely setting!

Location, safety (gated entrance), spacious unit with tall ceilings, kitchen with utensils, cooking tools, dining ware, Keurig and drip coffee makers (Keurig has the reusable cartridge) large bedrooms featured closets with a lot of hangers and large dressers, large family room with a very comfortable powered leatherette recliner, spacious dining room, working AC and ceiling fans with remotes in each room kept the place cool. Amenities- patio with furniture,beach equipment (chairs, boogie boards, wagon), pool and jacuzzi, grill, gym and tennis courts (didn’t use the latter two), modern washer and dryer and dishwasher with provided detergent for each machine. Overall we loved our stay despite a couple minor inconveniences. We would stay again and definitely recommend it over a hotel stay.
Outdated TV in the family room with only Netflix guest access and recommendations and menus based on previous guests. A simple $40 Roku streaming stick would fix the problem and give customers access to their own streaming accounts, which is what I did for myself. A newer kitchen trash can with a soft close lid would be great. It slammed and banged loudly every time so we had to learn how to put it down slowly with the foot to prevent waking up ourselves or neighbors in the mornings or at night.

Absolutely incredible! Starting with the communication prior to our arrival, through location, cleanliness, great equipment, including everything you’d ever wanted for the beach and perfect vacation stay.
We have really enjoyed every single moment and hugely recommend Shores at Waikoloa 132.

The location was fantastic. We enjoyed the pool area and the lanai had a beautiful view with Nene's outside our patio. The gardens were beautfully manicured around the shores of Waikoloa. This would definitley be a property that we would return to. The beds were very comfortable as well.
The only issue we had was the door code that booking.com provided was not correct. We had to wait around 30 minutes for the host to finally respond and give the correct code to us. The door code worked fine after that.
