Bon hotel avec un personnel très aimable, très serviable et qui a répondu à nos attentes. Les chambres possèdent des lits confortables, climatisées et avec un ventilateur au plafond pour bien dormir. Le petit déjeuner typique de Jaffna est excellent.
Draps légèrement tachés. Idem pour les linges de bain. Pas fan du positionnement du WC qui est très proche de la douche. Quelques insectes peuvent passer via l'interstice de la porte du balcon. Dommage que la TV ne possède pas d'app (par exemple youtube) ou plus de chaînes, que sa soit en tamil ou dans d'autres langues.

The staff were lovely and the area was quiet enough. AC was good and even when the power went out it came back quickly.
It doesn't seem like a fully functioning hotel. The only window in my room was to inside of the hotel and there wasn't a curtain. Meanwhile the bathroom windows are permanently open so I had the choice of hiding in the corner of my room to change or being eaten by bugs in the bathroom. Things in 'amenities' section were not there ie hairdryer, bathrobe. One thing that was so strange and I had to ask for was literally anything to cover up in bed. It's common in Asia to have a fitted sheet and then a simple top sheet because of the heat--fine, but there was no top sheet, nothing. My friend's room was unfortunately facing an area where someone was burning trash (not the hotel) but if there was anyway to close the bathroom windows that would have helped. For the price, I would rather have spent a little more somewhere else to be comfortable.
