Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, room was clean and comfortable, and it was within easy access to town, which was important for us.
Would have loved tea facilities in the room, but the staff brought (plenty!) of tea to us on request, so definitely not a deal breaker!

I like the clean environment and the supportive staff. I also appreciate the spacious rooms in the Senthil Complex.
It also offers family rooms at an affordable price.
There were no complimentary water bottles, and they mentioned that breakfast was not available. During my previous stay, they provided breakfast, but this time it wasn’t available due to fewer guests.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a mosquito net provided for each room.
There was no intercom facility to communicate with the staff, we had to come down to ring a bell to get attention of the staff. There was no television in the rooms. The bed wasn’t that comfortable.
