Staff is great. He opened my room for me after midnight. The room is at a reasonable price because I didn't request for aircon but other than that everything is good.
A little bit far from other places. You need to take a ride to reach other places

I liked the cleanliness, comfort, and excellent service. The room and attached washroom were very clean, the bed was comfortable like a five-star hotel, and the TV was a nice addition. Although I paid a small amount, the quality exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciate the staff member Dilu, who was very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my entire stay. He guided me on places to visit in Jaffna and showed excellent customer service skills.
There was nothing I didn’t like during my stay.

Good sized rooms; our room was upgraded so we had direct use of the balcony which was great as the other rooms had no external windows. The bathrooms were a little smelly so make sure you close the door. Kettle, cups etc and wifi were all available on request. A handy supermarket next door and terrific bakery and eatery ‘Rice and Spice’ around the corner.

they lent me a kettle when I asked and offered me a change of room with no hassle
the room had an air freshener that stunk so bad it was terrible. I had to ask them to remove it and they did, which still didn't get out the smell until the day I left, it was horrendous. the room had a window into the hallway which is open air but not fully ventilating as a true outdoor window so this place wasn't great and people can throw stuff into your room and try to grab stuff if it is near the window and on a table (so it is high enough to grab) or even take a risk and climb in and drop onto the floor. the window is high up but a two person team could easily get in and then out with enough ease if you want to leave the window open when you are not around.
