Every detail from the comfort of the bed to the sofas was comfortable. The kitchen facilities was fantastic. We made plenty of home cooked meals. Lots of bathrooms. A fun games room both the teens and adults in our group enjoyed. The hot tub was such a fantastic bonus a real highlight to the trip to be able to relax and chat. The property allows dogs and the garden was very private and safe for dogs. Marian the owner is a fantastic person and always very helpful. Its close enough to drive to tesco adsa or Morrisons but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet.

We loved the jacuzzi which was kept clean and sufficiently warm by the owner. We loved that it felt private and there was plenty of space. There were biscuits and fresh milk on arrival which were very welcome. Also the property was well equipped in terms of kitchen equipment and basics like oil and salt. The games room is a nice touch with toys and games for all ages. The electric fire is a nice touch to make it feel cosy and it's great that bbqs are provided.
Unfortunately the property wasn't very clean. The bath had sand and hair in on first use and was rusty around the edge of the disabled entry bit. There was some dog hair around the edges of the carpet and the games room was full of dead wasps which my partner did his best to hoover so our one year old could use the space. The travel cot provided also had food/stains in it which I had to clean before use. The bedding was synthetic (polyester rather than cotton or polycotton) so was quite sweaty and scratchy, and the duvet was thick tog considering it was late summer, so we found it hard regulating our temperature at night and we had to swap some bedding around.

The property was lovely and spacious. Ideal for 2 families holidaying together.
It had everything we needed and more. Perfect location for a quiet family vacation but in easy reach of all the local shops and pubs.
The Welsh hospitality is amazing.
There was a shortage of teaspoons and forks.

There was just so much room - the kids loved the games room. The hosts were also very sweet. They had forgotten that we were coming, but quickly made up for it, providing a good clean of the property.
There was a lot of dust. The property was well loved but also well used. The location is a suburban town, so a bit of a distance from any scenery - saying that, the hosts provide a handbook which has some great tips.
