Location was good, super close to the underground station. The apartment itself was updated and clean. Appreciated having a washing machine and kitchen. Although there was no air conditioning, there were fans.
The outside of the apartment building was slightly rundown and questionable. A few smaller issues were having to unclog the bathtub drain, connecting to the wifi (had to unplug the router multiple times), and the remote control for the TV did not work. Additionally, one bedside lamp did not work and the other flickered constantly.

Easy to find 5 min walk from.waterloo. Lots of places to eat nearby and get essential.supplies Really good communication from.owner with clear instructions on where to find key lock.box and how to.find the flat 2 bed rooms one bathroom nice clean place overall on top floor but has a lift Liked.the toiletries in bathroom. Please note that this apartment is situated in residential.living block and there are several entrances . It looks a bit untidy on public access balcony but was really quiet and no issues
Flooring in kitchen is coming apart, so looks tatty which is a shame really Would have been lovely to have some.basics/starter set in kitchen eg tea bags and coffee etc ..there is a Tesco 2.min walk though
