The apartment was the best we have ever stayed in and we would give it 6 stars. The host Mirko was so helpful and assisted us with recommendations where to eat and made sure we were happy with everything. The supplies in the apartment were excellent and we found it to be very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you again Mirko for making our stay a very memorable one.

Our stay was simply exceptional from beginning to end.
The apartment is absolutely beautiful, spacious, stylish and incredibly comfortable. Everything is very well designed and carefully maintained, with lovely details that make the space feel both elegant and welcoming. After a long day exploring Palermo, it was wonderful to come back to such a comfortable and relaxing home.
The location is also fantastic — perfectly situated for discovering the city and enjoying Palermo on foot.
But what truly made our stay special was Mirko. His hospitality was outstanding. He welcomed us with genuine warmth, was always available whenever we needed anything, and did everything possible to make our stay easy and enjoyable. You can immediately feel that he genuinely cares about his guests, and that personal touch made a huge difference.
Beautiful apartment, excellent location and, above all, an exceptional host. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Palermo.

Gcave 125 is a beautifully appointed luxury apartment on Via Roma in the historic part of Palermo. The apartment is very modern, super clean and spacious. In addition, the host (Mirko) is the best host we have had anywhere in the world. Mirko is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for him. The only slight negative is that on a Saturday night, and despite all the double glazing, the nearby restaurants can get a bit noisy until late at night.

L’emplacement est parfait pour tout faire à pied . La deco minimaliste de l’appartement est magnifique et pratique. Surtout la gentillesse de mirko ! Il nous a même livré des gâteaux de pâtisserie devant notre porte .
