We had a very good stay here. The location is excellent for exploring Palermo, with many of the main attractions within easy walking distance. The apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable, and once inside it felt fresh and modern.
The host was very friendly and responsive, with useful check-in instructions and good local recommendations for places to eat. We also really appreciated the daily room service, which we had not expected.
The building itself is quite run down, but there is a big contrast once you enter the apartment. Overall, a very convenient, spacious and comfortable base for exploring Palermo, with a genuinely helpful host.
A few details could be improved. The main door was consistently difficult to open, even when following the instructions carefully, so the lock would benefit from being simplified or adjusted. The shower head was also badly blocked with limescale, and I had to use descaler myself to get the water flowing properly.
Although there is a balcony, we did not really use it as it faces a dark and untidy internal courtyard and did not feel particularly inviting. It also appeared to be accessible from outside by other guests, which reduced the sense of privacy. The plants and balcony area could also benefit from a good clean.

Location, quality of rooms, spacious. The host was very nice and replieds fast.
For a prestigious luxurious apartment, They do not clean even if you stay a week or over a week. That is important for me. Also the main door to the hall would not open.and had to wait for50 mins by the staircase for host to come with key .
