This apartment is spotlessly clean, with excellent air conditioning in both living room and bedroom and a small balcony. And a lift, which is a nice bonus! The check-in process was easy, and we really appreciated the list of restaurant recommendations.
This is such a minor thing, but some kind of shelf in the shower would be really useful. The shower cubicle is very small and it was genuinely a bit difficult to pick things off the floor! But hardly a big problem ;)

Tout était parfait : accueil très sympathique en avance sur l'horaire officiel pour nous permettre de laisser nos bagages, appartement en excellent état, très bien tenu et doté de tout le nécessaire, localisation idéale pour visiter Palerme à pied, nombreux restaurants et commerces à proximité. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et y reviendrons sans hésitation.

Die Lage ist super, direkt in der Innenstadt, alles wichtige ist fußläufig erreichbar. Eine Querstraße weiter beginnt ein Ausgehviertel, wo insbesondere am Wochenende viel los ist.
Die Größe der Wohnung und Ausstattung hat uns überrascht und sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben zwar nicht selbst gekocht, da es einfach zu viele tolle Restaurants in Palermo gibt, aber es war alles vorhanden und der große Kühlschrank ist sehr praktisch. Die Wohnung ist auch mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet.
Der Balkon ist recht klein und, da sich die Wohnung im 1. Stock befindet, nicht so gut zum draußen Essen geeignet. Wir waren lieber unterwegs.
Die Nachbarn waren zum Teil sehr laut (laute Partymusik um 10 Uhr morgens bzw. zu random Zeiten am Nachmittag), das hat uns aber nicht weiter eingeschränkt.
Einmal war das warme Wasser in der Dusche am späten Nachmittag plötzlich nicht mehr da (obwohl der Schalter richtig eingeschaltet war).
