The facilities are excellent. Everything feels brand new, the apartment is very well equipped and has clearly been recently renovated. The air conditioning is excellent and very quiet, which was especially appreciated. The location is also great, just a 3–5 minute walk from the train station. The bathroom is absolutely amazing modern, spacious and beautifully renovated.
The only downside was that there was no shampoo provided.
The area between the train station and the apartment felt perfectly fine, but the area towards the Coop felt less comfortable, especially at night, with groups of people gathering and a somewhat intimidating atmosphere. We would recommend avoiding that area at night. Apart from this, everything was great.

We had a great stay! The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. The host was very kind and welcoming, allowing us to check in earlier than expected, which we really appreciated. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had absolutely everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
Nothing to dislike. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning, but the host responded immediately and arranged for a technician to fix it straight away. We really appreciated how quickly and professionally it was handled.

Appartamento spazioso e ben ristrutturato vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria. Scarsa attenzione all'illuminazione dei locali (terribili lampadari anni 60 con neon a luce bianca) e scadente dotazione di biancheria del bagno e in cucina. Buona la pulizia.
Facilmente migliorabili : tendaggi, luci e dotazioni bagno e cucina (asciugamani da bagno piccoli e di cattiva qualità),
