Near the station and clean.
Only the coffee machine was not working properly but everything else was perfect.

Läget, precis vid stationen, perfekt för Cinque Terre! Du störs inte av tåg eller trafik! Rent, bra sängar. Trevlig värd.
Balkongen väldigt liten och läget inbjuder inte för en drink! Däremot perfekt för att hänga tvätt o vädra!

Lo mejor del apartamento es su Ubicación excepcional, si quieres moverte en tren por las "Cinque terre" apenas a dos minutos de las vías del tren de la estación.
Para ir a la zona de bares-restaurantes y Puerto de La Spezia 15-20 minutos andando.
Únicamente pondría un pero...
El tema de la temperatura de la ducha es mejorable, de lo cual ya informe al propietario y me contestó rápidamente y me dijo que lo reparará lo antes posible. Supongo que ya estará reparado y la estancia para futuros huéspedes será de 10

Soggiorno davvero fantastico! Il B&B si trova in una posizione strategica e comodissima, praticamente subito appena usciti dalla stazione e a due passi dal centro. È la base perfetta sia per visitare le Cinque Terre in treno sia per muoversi in totale comodità a piedi.
La struttura è accogliente, pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli; dotata di ogni confort, compresa una cucina completa di stoviglie e lavastoviglie; il letto matrimoniale è comodissimo e il divano letto non è da meno, dato che ha un materasso alto e confortevole come quello di un letto normale.
La casa è silenziosa e ben isolata dai rumori, si dorme molto bene.
Un plauso speciale all'host Danilo, sempre gentile, premuroso e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Consigliatissimo e noi ci ritorneremo assolutamente!
