I had a wonderful stay at this property in La Spezia and would absolutely stay here again. The room was very well-appointed, spacious for one person, and thoughtfully designed. It included a comfortable queen-sized bed, excellent air conditioning, a nice shower, and even a balcony, which made the stay feel especially relaxing. Because there are only a few rooms in the property, it was also very quiet and peaceful at night.
One of the biggest advantages is the location — it’s literally right across from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Cinque Terre and the surrounding area. Despite being so close to transit, the room itself was tucked away and surprisingly quiet.
Check-in was seamless. Alessandro was extremely kind, communicative, and hospitable throughout the process. All of the instructions and information were sent clearly via WhatsApp ahead of time, which made arrival effortless. Since I had already provided my information beforehand, everything was prepared and I didn’t even need an in-person check-in.
I also really appreciated Alessandro’s flexibility and kindness when I only had a credit card available instead of cash for a local fee — he was very understanding and accommodating, which left a lasting positive impression.
La Spezia itself is also a charming and underrated town: easy to walk around, full of lively streets and local activity, with a beautiful harbor and excellent access to Cinque Terre.
Overall, highly recommended!!!!

Excellent location for exploring Cinque Terre and La Spezia. Close to station, clean and very helpful staff with excellent communication including entry to property. Great stay.
