Spacious apartment, near the station and city center. Air conditioning was available. Multiple bathrooms. Modern amenities. Sprawling balcony.Beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and guided us every step. They had great recommendations and were available promptly.
No elevator, so a bit of strenuous climb. There is a gap behind the bunk bed where our phone fell through. The entire structure is fixed, so a bit difficult to retrieve item.

Great location to the main old town centre & cinque Terre trains
It was also so easy to access the apartment. Host and facilities were great thank you

Location was good.Very close to the station.
Access to the lift that needed a key that when we asked about using it the host told us sorry it is unavailable.As an elderly couple we had to go 4 small flights of stairs even though other rentals in the block could could use it.We never even saw the host! The second bathroom was not a bathroom it was only a toilet and sink!The electrical socket in the kitchen area didn't work we had to use the socket near the microwave,that was standing on top of the dining table and it took up a third of the table, to use the toaster and the kettle. The balcony was obstructed by washing lines. Photos will follow.
