A wonderful week staying in a comfortable and attractive apartment in La Spezia.

A beautifully spacious, centrally located apartment, with generous outdoor area and many attractive features. Our host Patrizia made us so welcome and we appreciated her well organised approach. A perfect base from which to explore Liguria, a lovely part of Italy.

Lovely property in an excellent location for traveling to Cinque Terre.

This property is a large size, lots of room and two comfortable bedrooms. The owner is gracious, she provided some breakfast foods and coffee. She provided an excellent orientation to the property. The location to restaurants was great.

Nothing negative about the property.

Great accommodation

The apartment was located at second floor in a building with elevator, was spacious including a big terrace, very clean, comfortable, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the host was very nice and attentive. Very convenient located to visit the Cinque Terre and other sightseeing in the area, close to the train station (5-7' walk) and public transportation. We will book again in case coming back in the area. Recommended.

Lovely apartment with a wonderful welcome!

Spacious, well-equipped, sensitively modernised, thoughtful provisions in the kitchen and excellent welcome from Patrizia who clearly cares about your stay in her apartment. Plus a very comfortable bed and great terrace. What more could you ask for!

Superb

Very good location, nice bathroom and perfect equipment of the kitchen. The terrace is a perfect complement of this apartment. In the whole apartment clean and pleasant. Really recommended.

We loved the location and it was easy to walk around the city and to transit to other places. We loved having the terrace and found it very relaxing.

Beautiful, spacious appartment in the center of La Spezia

Beautiful and spacious flat in the center of the city. It is very well equipped, one could live there as everything is there. Very large (30 square meters?) terrace. Shops and a market nearby, train station as well. The owner was very nice and helpful, gave a lot of tips and also put a lot of effort in preparing guides and materials to help finding interesting places, restaurants or what's the best way to get around.

I don't have any complaints. It's a bit tricky to find a parking place but it's like that in all tourist locations in Italy I guess.

Everything was just super, would rate this 6 out of 5 if we could, Patrizia was an excellent host who was very helpful and her place was very clean, well stocked and provisioned, and she gave us great advise for our stay. highly recommended

Very good, better than expected!

Location was very good, in the center of La Spezia. Everything was accessible by foot, trainstation, harbour (boats to Cinque Terre), restaurants and supermarkets. Big rooms, nice private terrace, spacious. Very friendly host.

When it is busy in the city it can be hard to find a parking spot. Advantage is that once you have unloaded the car you don't need him anymore.

Nicest apartment for a family to visit Cinque Terre and the area

The kind of apartment anyone would want to have in any big city. Beautifully decorated and lots of space. Highest Comfort. Roof terrace is unique. Perfectly situated close to everything. We slept well every night. Thank you Patrizia för good documentation and recommendations.

Tourist tax 2.50 per adult and night was not included which was a surprise. It's a private apartment, not a B&B. So breakfast is of a self-catering kind. Some basics were there, but we had to visit the grocery store. It was close.

Big Apartment Great for Visiting Cinque Terre

Great location to stay while visiting Cinque Terre! The apartment is just a 10 minute walk to the La Spezia train station. The space is very large with a big terrace, which is perfect for families or small groups. The location is also very close to the main shopping and restaurants district in La Spezia.

I had to ask for the third bedroom to be unlocked. To arrive by car is a bit stressful as the streets are packed with parked cars.
