This was, without any doubt, the best apartment I have ever stayed in during all my travels.
The apartment is beautifully designed, exceptionally well-equipped, and every detail has clearly been carefully thought out. Everything was spotless, modern, comfortable, and of a very high standard. The shower deserves a special mention – it was so spacious and luxurious that I honestly wish I had a shower like that in my own home!
The location could not be better. It is only about 100 metres from La Spezia Centrale station, approximately 80 metres from the main shopping street, and just a pleasant 10–15 minute walk to the waterfront promenade. Despite being so centrally located, the apartment was remarkably quiet, with absolutely no noise from outside during our stay.
Comfort was clearly a priority when this apartment was designed. The air conditioning and heating panels throughout the apartment worked perfectly, making it comfortable at all times. Everything was fully fitted and equipped with everything a traveller could need.
Ale was an outstanding host. He was always friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever I contacted him. We were welcomed with thoughtful refreshments, including juice, milk, and wine, which was a wonderful and much-appreciated touch.
I noticed that a previous review criticised the balcony. Frankly, I found that comment quite unfair. The apartment itself is so comfortable and ideally located that we never felt any need to use the balcony at all. It certainly should not detract from what is otherwise an exceptional property.
Thank you, Ale, for your kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will remember it very fondly. I would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting La Spezia and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Je n'ai pas apprécié que le propriétaire me demande un supplément de taxe de séjour qui ne correspondait pas au contrat, ni à la législation de La Spezia. J'ai dû faire intervenir Booking qui a très bien pris en charge ma demande et validé le montant prévu de la taxe.
