Love the design and decoration, provides essentials like towels, shower basics, kitchen basics, hangers, laundry basics, and has a parking spot.
The shampoo dispenser was broken and was inconvenient to fix. There is only one parking spot in the driveway so if you have multiple cars, you’d have to park in the street, which is on a steep hill. The shared spaces (kitchen, living room, and dinner room) were crammed and small. The AC/heater is not centralized so the 2nd room furthest from the front door is warmer and takes a while to cool. The laundry mirror-door was so loud and hard to slide (open and close). Lastly, the sliding doors do not or cannot lock.

The Titus retreat was completely updated and was very clean. As we were traveling with teenage granddaughter it was a plus to have two bedrooms and the washer and dryer. Great location-typically a 10-15 minute drive to get to different attractions.
