Amazing facilities and very beautiful property

Excellent location & we really loved having a lounge with a big tv where we could stream movies to watch from the sofa or bed (we stayed here at the end of our 2 week trip where we easily walked over 200km so final evenings relaxing a bit were perfect!).
Hubby & son probably didn’t love carrying our luggage up to level 4 with no elevators - it’s character building right!??!

I liked how clean it was, and I liked the beds, but not the pillows
I didn’t really love this neighborhood. It was very quiet not much to eat the stairway getting up to the room was very small and tight dragging her luggage up all those stairs and there’s like a side thing that we hit our shoulder on. We never encountered any staff. It was just a computer so I can’t rate the staff.
The ball light in the living room was hanging very low so we hit our head on it a bunch of times, but we did enjoy the room as far as it had a washer, and it was pretty comfortable other than the pillows

Tout s'est très bien passé. L'appartement est très bien équipé et nous avons pu visiter Tokyo notamment via la station de bus à proximité. Check-in facile. Parfait pour famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants.
Le seul point négatif était l'absence de table pour prendre le petit déjeuner ensemble: seulement un canapé et une petite table basse. Le plafond était aussi un peu bas pour les deux lits du haut mais les enfants se sont habitués.
