Location was perfect, it was set on a quite street, even pedestrians were minimal. Sound proofing of the room was also great, it was raining outside one night, and we couldn't even hear it from the inside of the room. If you like to have some adventure or enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city it's only 10mins away from Senso-Ji and the train station.
The check out time, most hotels/Airbnb will at least have a regular check out time of 11AM, but for Minn Oku Asakusa's check out time is at 10am, and when i requested to have a later check out, they will charged extra, 4,000Yen per hour and maximum latest check out is at 12pm (with the upcharge).
