Camera bella e spaziosa.
Cucina comune molto fornita e pulitissima.
La posizione è un po fuori dal centro, ma vicino alle fermate dei bus (gratuiti per tutti) per il centro.

A quite exceptionally well-presented and comfortable place, which looks very new. Some reviewers found their room small; In contrast my room was spacious and pleasant - though this may be because I was apparently given an upgrade. Staff were quick to reply to queries, though there were several admin issues. See below.
1) Perhaps I was being daft, but It took several discussions to settle how to complete the pre-arrival admin. 2) Once I arrived, the Wi-Fi logged me out periodically - in the end I had to re-register. 3) These were minor issues. More seriously; I paid the security deposit requested, but was then charged two more times. These latter charges were admittedly promptly repaid; I hope to be repaid the original charge shortly.

It is very modern, spacious and clean. Have nothing but good things to say. The customer service was excellent. We arrived a little earlier than expected and they were so accommodating. 💯 recommend!

Les locaux sont propres et modernes.
• C'était très compliqué pour faire le check in: il faut un enregistrement préalable, et même si nous avions envoyé les éléments deux mois à l'avance, il a fallu tout reprendre le jour de l'arrivée. Or il n'y a personne sur place et il a fallu téléphoner à la plate-forme : il y a eu au moins 3 interlocuteurs différents (qui ont essayé d'aider); mais c'était stressant de ne pas être sûr de pouvoir rentrer dans les lieux.
• Sur place, il y a eu des asiatiques qui ont eu des problèmes pour accéder à leur chambre et eux aussi avait des difficultés pour se faire entendre et comprendre.
• Le soir, vers 22h, quand les climatisations n'ont pas marché, les jours de très grande chaleur (canicule) nous avons appelé le numéro "d'urgence" de la plate-forme (au moins 2 fois 25 minutes), mais cela a raccroché automatiquement à chaque fois. Heureusement que ce n'était pas un problème plus important (électricité, fuite d'eau, accès chambre).
• En bref, très déçu par la gestion de la relation client.
• De plus, dans notre chambre, il fallait déplacer le lit pour pour pouvoir ouvrir correctement la fenêtre (et apporter de l'air "frais").
