Местоположението. Персоналът. Кухнята в ресторанта. Чисто. Наскоро ремонтирано.
Ароматизаторите по коридорите и в стаите - силна, натраплива миризма. Предполагам, че ги слагат, защото е стара сграда и въпреки ремонта има остатъчни миризми.

Everything was great, enjoyed my stay here. Went here for a festival for the second year in a row and we had everything needed.

The apartment was OK. There was a problem with the bathroom door, but nothing too bad. Everything else was OK.
The breakfast was a little poor. But after all I did not end up hungry :-)

Липса на топла вода на високите етажи. Недобро обслужване на сервитьорите в ресторанта, пренатовареност на персонала. Неудобни възглавници, несъобразени с различни физиологични особености на гостите. Липса на гъвкавост при задаване на казуси, които са стандартни за този сектор - като например има ли услуга late chekout.
