The property overall was nice and clean and very close to shopping, dining, and the waterpark
First thing was that someone walk right into our room and stated the desk clerk gave them a master key because he locked his key in his room that made me feel very unsafe when I called down to the desk the desk clerk did admit to giving the guy and key and stated he was going to bring it right back I don't feel like that was the correct protocol if a guest lock themselves out meaning they could walk into anyone's room.
The next thing was we stayed 2 nights and was never offered clean towels are to take the trash out of our room we had to walk down stairs to get clean towels.

The front desk staff was pleasant and attentive. The common areas were clean and in good condition.
The cleaning staff seemed to be in a state of organized chaos. Our room was prestocked with two bath towels for three people. The math is not mathing. A request for extra towels was made each time one of us in our party passed by the front desk. Two times the hotel was completely void of clean towels. I graciously offered to make a Walmart run for additional towels. My offer was turned down. Also, I asked the maid service to refill the soap dispenser in our shower on two separate occasions. The soap was still empty when we checked out.
