The hotel is newly built and is close to the airport. It is a good option if your looking for something close to the airport and is reasonably priced for a quick transit. When I stayed here there was only one unit available as the other unit is occupied by the owner (personally running the place). When we arrived at the hotel site, we were surprised to see a half completed building (2nd floor was still completely unfinished and under construction) but the ground floor is built and clean. kind of a surprise as it looks bad from the outside but once u get inside your unit it is clean and has basic amenities for one night sleep. We were welcomed with a nice cold juice which was nice and unexpected. The bed was comfortable and the shower had warm/clean/continuous running water. The noise level was quite and didn't wake us up (we left at 8am). The AC worked well. Overall good for a one night stay.
The hotel was hard to find on the map. The taxi driver had to call the owner to ask for directions so it might be a good idea to keep his number saved (the owner answered right away). The road into the hotel site has construction all around it so watch out for potholes if your driving. The road into the unit site is dark so stay vigilant if your alone. The hotel is more like a family run home stay or guest house (thats what it felt like). Its half completed two floor building. The design of the toilet is badly designed. The toilet and shower has no separation so once u shower the floor is wet and u have to walk onto wet floor if you want to use the toilet or clean your hands. Overall nothing that bothered us too much and again we only needed a one night sleep somewhere comfortable and clean to continue our journey.

Comfortable and clean, located close to the airport
We did not like that the owner tried to overcharge us 5 times the price to bring us to the airport by telling us he could not find anyone else while we found a taxi on the app in 3 min (there were plenty) for 5 times less. We did not like the dishonest behaviour.

"Clean and quiet transit hotel for 1-2 nights, if you need to rest from/before your flight at Colombo airport. The owner was friendly and offered us a transfer from the airport at night."
