I stayed here for a day while waiting for my friend to arrive to Colombo airport. The place was very clean, brother and sister running the hotel were very helpful and attentive. I had a lovely kotthu roti and a nap. The accommodation is only 15 m from the airport and you can get a Pickme tuk tuk to the villa for £1.
