Good size apartment in a good location however the cleanliness let down the experience.

It was good location and the view out the windows was nice. It was a good size for a Rome apartment and the space easily fit four. The washing machine was a plush.

There was black mould in the bathroom and the overall cleanliness was not good. The couch was grimy and the floors were dirty.

Great location close to Vatican City i.e walkable distance

The air conditioning units were not functioning properly, possibly because they were too small for the room's size, only if you are planning to visit the place in summer. The bathroom had a significant amount of mould, although it was spacious. However, the washing machine was a useful addition. The property was located on the fourth floor, and there were no elevators, which made it challenging to navigate with heavy luggage. The kitchen was acceptable, but I was unable to use the electrical appliances because the sockets were not working, so I had to take the appliances to other rooms to use them.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié toutes les informations communiquées à notre arrivée et durant notre séjour par Isabella, la propriétaire. La description sur le site Booking était précise et conforme à la réalité. Le logement était très bien situé pour notre voyage à l'occasion du Jubilé 2025. Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'appartement.

It was good location and the view out the windows was nice. It was a good size for a Rome apartment and the space easily fit four. The washing machine was a plush.

There was black mould in the bathroom and the overall cleanliness was not good. The couch was grimy and the floors were dirty.
