I've stayed in that house as a kid.
I have family in Hale Eddy, Hancock and Deposit and to be able to stay familiar and bring back so many memories!

It's always loud outside. Make your way to the river for outside stuff.
It's a great house and quiet inside.
Plenty of room for family and or friends. Room to spread out, Chess and other board games.

I loved how close this was to where I needed to be. There were not too many options for my group size. It was for the most part clean inside.
Needs updating.
