Wow, I've been to 119 countries and have over 1000 stays and this makes my top 10, maybe top 5. Location, Location and Location...in the heart of the old town yet not noisy, and a 3 min walk from paid parking. It newly renovated, well outfitted and I could live here for a few months as a digital nomad if the wifi was faster. Shopping, restaurants, beaches, bars, boat trips minutes from your door step!
The wifi was slow and intermittent.

The location was perfect. The hosts amazing. Never have I experienced such attentiveness. The accommodation is really perfect. It has all types of coffee you may desire, cookies, juice, water. The place is extremely clean. It is very modern and new. It is smack in the middle of all the action and beach. It's quiet inside anytime of the day. Lazarus the owner met us at the bus stop when we arrived and organised a taxi to take us to the accommodation. His daughter was waiting for us. It was really thoughtful. Lazarus took us to the bus stop when we were leaving.
There was nothing not to like. Even the bed and pillows were very comfy.

Only complaint needed more towels as changed every 43 days but messaged the owner and they replaced the towels straight away so not a problem

The location is excellent. The port is just a few steps away, and it is very convenient for exploring the area. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is also a small kitchenette, although we did not use it. Despite being located in a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet at night, and we slept well.
We specifically chose this apartment because of its great location and because the listing advertised free parking. However, when we arrived, we were told that the free parking was actually located about 1.5 km away, which is around a 20-minute walk from the apartment to the car. Because of this, we had to pay extra for a private parking lot, which was quite expensive. We believe this should be clearly stated in the listing before guests make a reservation.
There was also no hair dryer in the apartment.
We stayed on the ground floor and had access to a terrace, but unfortunately we could not use it because of a very unpleasant smell coming from the terrace area.
After two days, our towels were not changed. The same towels were simply placed on the clothes-drying rack on the terrace.
Overall, the location, cleanliness, and size of the room were very good, but the misleading information about the free parking and the other issues mentioned above negatively affected our stay.
