Un grand merci pour ce séjour un peu trop court mais fort agréable.
Un très bel accueil, un lieu très apaisant pour se poser.

Such a beautiful riad right in the Fez Medina with wonderful staff who make you feel at home. Our double room was spacious, stylishly decorated and comfortable, with lovely tile details in the bathroom. The breakfast included was generous and delicious, the best we’ve had in Morocco. Another mention for the staff: they are so helpful, so friendly and attentive to making our stay a great one. Thank you to the team :)

La struttura è centralissima e comoda per visitare Fez. Siamo stati accolti da Hamid che è sempre stato molto cortese e disponibile, anche dandoci consigli per girare per la medina in tranquillità. Abbiamo approfittato del transfer dall'aeroporto organizzato da loro (€24) e Hamid è venuto a prenderci fuori dalla medina per accompagnarci al riad. Ci ha anche portato in ristoranti a pranzo e a cena (avevamo prenotato al Riad ma la cuoca era malata) e abbiamo mangiato molto bene in entrambi i casi e con buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Danno anche possibilità di tour (città, deserto e altri) ma non ne abbiamo usufruito in quanto già prenotati. La colazione era buona e abbondante e Hamid è stato disponibile ad anticiparcela l'ultimo giorno in quanto saremmo dovuti partire presto.
La nostra stanza era al piano terra con affaccio sulla strada principale, quindi era un po' rumorosa (per noi non è stato comunque un problema).

Localizado a 15 min andando de la Puerta Azul (Bab Bou Jeloud), puerta principal de entrada a la Medina. Está localizado en una de las calles principales del zoco.
El desayuno estaba muy bueno, abundante y calidad.
Las camas eran muy cómodas. Los baños limpios y muy bonitos.
Había una terraza con sillas, desde donde se veía la Medina.
Relación calidad precio, bien. Tuvimos que salir antes y nos hizo un buen desayuno.
Laila nos buscó taxi para el aeropuerto.
Volveremos sin duda en otro momento.
Tuvimos un problema con Laila. Vino a recogernos un Guía que no era el nuestro. Nos engañó y nos llevó por zonas que no eran las del tour. Hablamos con Laila y nos devolvió el dinero que le pagamos.
Aconsejo NO DECIR SI LLEVÁIS GUÍA. ÚNICAMENTE QUEDAR CON VUESTRO GUÍA EN ALGÚN PUNTO, SEA RÍAD U OTRO SITIO. ENSEÑAR DOCUMENTACIÓN DE RESERVA.
