Lovely apartment

Very nice apartment. Lovely & clean . Very comfy bed . Had a great night's sleep. Arrived earlier than check in time . Had to ring for assistance & they were very helpful & let us leave our bags in room .

I’m genuinely satisfied with the experience.

A very good stay overall. Communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout. The apartment was clean, neat and well‑kept, and any questions or issues were resolved promptly and without hassle.

Very disappointing.

Location very good for events at Mattioli arena. Free parking at Location.

There was air vents in the flat roof that was blowing air in stinking of joints. Must have been smoking area on roof by air intakes. When we returned in the evening It was very strong and too late to find other accommodation. The smell did improve early hours in the morning but started back around 7am. We had very poor sleep and all our luggage required cleaning . The bathroom door was damaged and would not close, the bath plug didn't work. Shower mixer only workimg medium to hot, not medium to colder and water was very hot.
