Owners are wonderful. Even if it was terribly hot outside, every room were comfortable (even the person in our group who tolerated the cold the least needed to put pants, socks and a sweatshirt on). Instructions for the arrival and to maintain the place where really clear. The backyard is sooo wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet. Owners answer promptly when we had questions, before and during the stay. They even let us a little bit more space for the parking after they saw that our car was pretty large!
The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is net as a diamond. The ambiance is warm and welcoming. You can adjust lights for any of your will (really, there is infinite lights and switch to fit the ambiance you want). The technology available in the living room is incredible—we were able to relive our best memories from the day's activities by viewing the photos and videos on the TV, which offers exceptional quality.

Some bed place are in the living room. They were really comfortable and 7 persons can take place (2 persons by bed, with 2 room with which one have 1 bed; 2 mattress and 1 sofa bed in the living room). However, the beautiful living room has a wall of windows. I would suggest to install some curtains during summer, so the wonderful sun rising in the blue sky of beginning of July may not be the morning alarm ;)

Bien situado para moverte por Toronto. Limpieza, comodidad. Muy buena calidad y cuidado todo.
No tiene puerta principal, es la parte de abajo de una vivienda. La entrada lateral no estaba iluminada. La puerta de entrada a la vivienda alquilada es la puerta del jardín, sin cortinas.

The yard is beautiful. The apartment is very nice and location great for what we needed. Living room is very comfortable and inviting.
The beds are very hard for people who are not used to firm beds. You may want to disclose it is a lower apartment with the owners living upstairs. The water/ice dispenser on the fridge is quite dirty.

Good location in a quiet neighbourhood, the house was clean and had everything we needed.
A lot of the cabinets were locked which made it feel more like we were staying in someone’s house rather than a holiday home
