la casa è molto bella, arredata con molto gusto, provvista di tutto quello che può servire
l’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuto è la scomodità del divano letto, un materasso basso che si sentivano le molle, a differenza di un bel materasso per il letto matrimoniale.

Everything was above and beyond expectations, from communication with owner(s) to the stylish, spacious, and calm interior of the apartment and facilities (kitchen appliances, washing machine, smart TV, all modern). Supermarket at two steps away, beaches 20 min away, central bus station about 25 min, all walking distance. There was complimentary water when I arrived and the place was spotlessly clean. Also, there is a good Japanese restaurant I really enjoyed getting takeaway ramen from (Shifu). Probably one of the best accommodations I stayed at in Spain, I super recommend it for the great hospitality and comfort. Thank you Carmen & team!
The neighborhood is safe and usually quiet, but I was unlucky with some people training their dog for 3 hours straight and barking and repetitive commands went on and on, even after midnight. Bring some earplugs just in case, since the apartment is on the ground floor and sounds from the street are inevitable.
AC would be a nice addition too, as it was 39C at the end of May.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado. Es hermoso , todo nuevo y con buen gusto. Encontramos cosas que se agradecen mucho. Jabones varios. Hasta un supermercado a 80 m. Abierto todos los días hasta las 21 hs
Dificultad para estacionar. Pero es problema de la ciudad, no del departamento.

La situación no es del todo mala si aprovechas el túnel de Tetuán para ir a la playa o quieres bajar al puerto. Es zona tranquila aunque el barrio parezca complicado de una primera impresión
Para empezar no sé quién gestiona esto a través de Booking pero las respuestas que me han dado a través de la página no han sido acordes a lo que he pagado. Cero flexibilidad en entrada y salida teniendo en cuenta que la entrada era a las 16h y la salida a las 10h y fuimos con un bebé de 1 año. Hacía muchísimo calor en el apartamento, especialmente en el dormitorio y cobrando casi 200€ la noche, tendrían que tener aire acondicionado ya que es un bajo rehabilitado (en el anuncio no queda del todo claro). Se atascó la pileta del baño y el lavavajillas perdió agua… en fin, no repetiría ni aunque estuviera a mitad de precio.
