La casa es genial y muy bonita. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y todo estaba perfectamente limpio. A destacar la amabilidad tanto de Lisa por Booking y de Sara. Sin duda un sitio al que volver si algún día regreso a Lanzarote.

Loved the place in general.
The kitchen had everything you can think of, all possible tools were there.
The cat was lovely. The pool as well.
Area is quiet.
Just a few small things, nothing critical, the stay was great still.
- Lockers missing in the shared room.
- A small private party was organized but the guests were not notified earlier.
- Labels for proper trash recycling were missing.
- Labels for marking your own food and stuff in the fridge were missing
- Instructions about where to leave the leftover food which is still eatable in the kitchen when you checkout, so other guests can still eat without throwing food away.

La casa en sí está muy bien,la piscina,la cocina grande,el que tenga lavadora.
La atención por parte de la dueña aunque estando en el extranjero poco podía hacer.
- La habitación individual: muy pequeña,sin aire acondicionado,demasiada claridad porque tiene una claraboya en el techo,la cama muy pequeña,armarios diseñados sin barra para colgar ropa (tampoco había perchas)
- Falta de tendederos en la casa para todos los inquilinos.
- El escaso civismo por parte de algunos inquilinos. Ni había normas claras ni se respetaba ni se tenía sentido común.
- Limpieza de las instalaciones muy muy justa. Se llegaron acumular hasta 3 bolsas de basura en la cocina,no se limpiaba la papelera del baño común del piso de arriba (al menos no en una semana que es lo que yo estuve) cuando se dice que se tire el papelera higiénico a la papelera para no crear atasco.
- Malas indicaciones a mi llegada para recoger las llaves de la habitación. Era medianoche. Código facilitado erróneo. Comunicación con la propietaria en el extranjero que me facilita varios códigos para que pruebe en los distintos cajetines. Consigo abrir MI cajetín y no están las llaves. Un desastre.
