Nice and cosy appartment in a vibrant neigbourhood, close to Pyramid and Ostiense. Lively Piazza Testaccio is just around the corner. Don’t forget to check out the Mercato di Testaccio, Monte Testaccio and the beautiful Cimitero Acattolico.

L’emplacement tout proche du métro pyramide
Il n’y a pas de clé pour l’accès à l’appartement dans l’immeuble. Tout se fait sur une application sur le téléphone. Et cette application a beaucoup de bugs. Et surtout cela n’est pas indiqué lors de la location à Booking. Le propriétaire demande d’ailleurs plutôt de passer par WhatsApp, ce qui fait que tout devient transparent vis-à-vis de Booking. Ce qui fait que vous pouvez vous retrouver à dormir dehors. C’est très stressant. L’escalier en colimaçon et minuscule, et cela ne peut absolument pas convenir à des personnes qui ont des difficultés à marcher ou qui ont la peur du vide où qui sont enrobées. En fait cet appartement est un peu construit à l’envers, c’est-à-dire que lorsqu’on rentre, il y a une chambre avec une terrasse. Or ici il devrait y avoir le salon cuisine. Et en bas où il faut prendre un escalier en colimaçon étroit et petit et dangereux. Il faudrait plutôt y avoir la chambre et la salle de bain. Il manque aussi une rampe de maintien pour ne pas tomber lorsqu’on va à la terrasse. Bref cet appartement est un peu dangereux, franchement il faut pas tomber surtout si vous êtes seul l’appartement est un peu dangereux. par ailleurs, la porte de la machine à laver est défectueuse.

The apartment has a really good location, everything can easily be reached by public transport or by foot! Also it is a relatively cheap and spacious apartment in central Rome. (Just note that because of the location it might also be very difficult to find a good and safe parking space).
It was a bit unfortunate that the toilet was not working well at all times. Also, the lock of the apartment door did not work, because the door is crooked. Even though the door could open only with the an app, it did not gave us a very safe feeling.
