If you’re looking for total relaxation in a lush, peaceful setting, but still want to be close to the beach, the airport, and major spots like Colombo and Negombo, this place is unbeatable.
The garden is a dream. Full of tropical plants, birds, and butterflies, it feels like your own private jungle. We spent our mornings outside, listening to nature and soaking in the calm. The beach is just a short walk away — wide, quiet, and absolutely beautiful.
What really makes this place special is the perfect balance of location and tranquillity. It’s only about 20 minutes from the airport, but once you're here, it’s peaceful, quiet, and feels a world away, in the best possible way.
One of the highlights of our stay was the bird-watching boat tour on the nearby lagoon. Peaceful, scenic, and full of wildlife, we spotted so many different species. A must-do for nature lovers!
And the food is incredible! A lovely lady cooks authentic Sri Lankan meals on request, and they were honestly some of the best we’ve ever had. Fresh, flavorful, and made with real heart. We ended up eating in more than we planned, and it was delicious!
Dilini is a fantastic host, warm, helpful, and full of great local tips. She’s created a space that’s clean, comfortable, and genuinely relaxing.
If you’re after a calm, nature-filled escape with easy access to the beach, airport, and nearby cities, this is the place.
We’ll absolutely be coming back. Thank you, Dilini, for the amazing stay!
