Lovely hotel with everything you could possibly need. Bathroom and shower were luxury and room was very nice. Breakfast is included which was great. It was very clean and tidy. Dining area is very nice.

There was a mix up with communications about disability and needing a low floor if there were no lifts. Room was changed immediately. Room was spotless with a very spacious bathroom and a well stocked hospitality tray. Restaurant food was excellent.
Just a suggestion to ensure plates are hot when serving breakfast, as food quickly goes cold

Rooms clean & bed comfortable. Nice food.
Rooms very very hot. Fan provided but didn't really help much! Out room was above the kitchen, it smelt of chip fat.
Rooms very small, shower very small.
Booked with a wedding party for breakfast, continental breakfast was help yourself. They hadn't put enough croissants out for everyone and when asked said they would cook them fresh and would be 20 minutes. They didn't ever come out. Cooked breakfast was nice, but they didn't put everything on the plate. (Presumably ran out of black pudding!?)
Only 1 staff member serving breakfast for over 20 people? I wouldn't say it was a bad stay but things could be improved!
