The room was large, clean and comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great. Fantastic waitress. A great place to stay.

good: very lovely staff on arrival and good efficient staff at breakfast.
improvements: the room was cold - the rad in the room and bathroom was not turned on. thin summer duvet on the bed. wedding music playing in the background throughout breakfast.

What a delightful hotel.
Although an industrial estate appears to have been built around the hotel, you could still imagine yourself to be in the countryside, it was peaceful.
We had a lovely relaxing 2day break. There was a tribute act on our 1st night and both the receptionist & events organiser kindly accommodated our last minute request for a place.
The 3 course meal was fabulous too. We had a really enjoyable night .
Our room was very spacious & clean with a comfortable bed & very spacious bathroom.
Breakfast on the first morning was made to order and was perfect & hot. Breakfast of a weekend was a buffet style.
Overall, all the staff were very helpful and accommodating to any requests we had, especially both receptionists on arrival who recommended local visitor attractions etc.
We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a break in the Shropshire area
