Very individual hotel in a good location. The age of the building gave it so much character and the room reflected that. The facilities were great and I enjoyed a meal in the restaurant.
I would’ve preferred breakfast in the dining room but it didn’t spoil my stay in the slightest.

Staff polite and friendly. Room clean and nicely presented.
Wasn’t keen on the breakfast options . The basket had very and oats as option and two croissants pre packaged. Think breakfast although served in basket could be better quality

Adequate.
Disappointing continental breakfast, a packet of crunchy nut cornflakes, muesli and nuts, apple and yoghurt, did not like croissant in a bag, so unappealing. V chaotic check in, no clear signage, other customer complaining they had been boxed in the car park, never asked if we'd like to eat there.....close to leaving then and there, hired a fan for night but had to hunt around in the morning to return it and get back deposit. Signage poor, guest experience poor, not even a considered in my view.
