Very clean, management very friendly
Shower had no light and ants were in bathroom. Accessing the historic old doors was not as easy as it sounded.

Located in a palazzo in the very center of Verona (pedestrian area), very quiet. Room is pretty good equipped, host is reachable over phone for assistance.
There is no one in the hotel permanently, reception is in a different location 20 mins walk. Not all the rooms are of the same comfort - ours was not as cozy as others we’ve seen. Also, check-out at 10.00 am is realty too early (though it’s quite often now).

La camera matrimoniale era aperta, divisa dal divano letto con una semplice parete in cartongesso , non era descritto nella presentazione.
Il set doccia era finito c’era solo lo shampoo
Da migliorare finiture… lampada dx del letto con viti molto lente, potrebbe essere pericolosa
Bastone della tenda riguardante la porta finestra decisamente staccato dal soffitto
Tra l’altro il balconcino non si è capito se fosse nostro visto che avevamo la porta finestra attaccata o dell’altra struttura, visto che ieri pomeriggio è stato utilizzato da altri ospiti
