A roomy apartment next to Ebisu station on the Yamanote circle line. Not too much sound from outside and quality earplugs were provided. Air-con, purifier and humidifier available. Everything was as pictured.
Beds were wide and firm. Light blocking curtains kept the apartment dark in the morning. A small japanese bathtub, shower and a separate toilet were all clean as were the towels.
The kitchen has a small fridge, a gass stove and other cooking basics. I used these only for breakfast as the streets around are filled with all kinds of restaurants. A cafe in the building doorway.
Easy to find with the instructions and convenient self check-in. Host replied to all messages promptly.

De locatie van het appartement was geweldig
Het appartement ligt op de 3e verdieping met 1 buitentrap en 2 binnentrappen zonder leuning. Dit was niet vermeld in de advertentie en is zeer onpraktisch met grote zware koffers of minder valide personen (zoals ikzelf)

Close to train station, Yamato transportation office, cafe below, various restaurants nearby , convenience stores and grocery stores. Free wifi, Netflix and Nintendo Switch.
Weak water supply to the toilet reservoir. Noisy bars, lot of stairs.

Spacious apartment and big comfy beds!
It's impossible to sleep on Friday and Saturday nights as there's a drinking bar right downstairs and people are extremely noisy.
We had to use spare blankets and towels to cover up the windows as it was way too bright. There's a section of the window that doesn't have any curtains and the light shines straight through all day and night.
