Doskonała obsługa, wygodny basen z leżakami i bliskość do oceanu. Obiekt chroniony, zamknięty, więc dzieci mogły się swobodnie poruszać bez rodziców. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, dostęp do pralni, bliskość sklepu Publix. Sprzed obiektu odjeżdża autobus 100 i darmowy Collins bus. Na plus dostęp do wody, lodu, kary i herbaty na okrągło oraz świeże ręczniki na basen w cenie. Wycieczki rowerowe w cenie to miły dodatek. Personel niezwykle uprzejmy i pomocny ❤️

To nie wina obiektu, ale po drugiej stronie drogi niestety trwają prace budowlane, więc jest głośno. To trochę przeszkadza podczas wypoczynku na basenie. Szkoda, że w pokojach nie otwierają się okna. Czasem przydałoby się przewietrzyć pokój.

BEST: Great location at an amazing price - cost was for a SUITE with a fully functional kitchen, dining table, sofa, chair, and VERY large bedroom - and both living room and bedroom had their own TV. The price we paid was equivalent to, or even less than, regular hotel rooms on the beach. It was all newly redecorated and furnished, so while it is a decently old building, it was fixed up nicely and very clean. Overall, we were very happy with the facility and our stay! They also had daily events and activities, (although we didn’t do any of them), and had a program where they had free usage of bikes for 2 hour rental. (Check before you go if they are still offering it.) Also walking distance to a Publix, so very convenient to get food for our full-size fridge! Being right on the boardwalk was awesome as well, we walked on it every morning and sometimes again in the afternoon. The nearby huge park was an added bonus.

FAIL #1: When I talked to them on the phone confirming my reservation a week before our travel, I was quoted $25/day for valet parking - “it’s one of the best deals on MIami Beach,” he said. It would have been if that is what they charged - we got there and the price was $35/day. We already had the car so not much we could do about it. FAIL #2: during said conversation, they did not let me know the pool was closed (and had been for over a week already). It would have been nice to know rather than showing up and seeing yellow tape around the pool. Despite this, we were still charged a $30/day resort fee. When I did question this, they offered to give us a pass to the community center down the street to swim if we wanted. This was a bummer, but not a vacation killer - if we would have had kids it definitely would have been! The hot tub was still open and we did use that. Their flyer said they planned to reopen the pool on MAY 10, 2026, so if you plan to stay before this, you may want to check with them if it’s open. Disappointed in: nearest restaurants were about a mile away. Parking was busy if we drove, and it was a hike to walk there and back, but we did eat in the room a few times using our nicely appointed kitchen (still loving that!) Also, disappointed in the resort’s chairs & umbrellas on the beach. We assumed they were included in our resort fee, but no, after we sat in one, were shooed away and told to come back with a paid invoice in order to use them. :(
