Not really proper negative: if raining make sure you have proper shoes as extremely muddy (we had hiking boots so were fine).
Some smaller cookware would have been good as saucepan very big

The location is quite secluded but reachable with the car. The cabin is absolutely beautiful, has all the essentials and makes you feel one with nature while providing all the comforts. It's clean and the bed is very comfortable. There is no wifi and no phone service but that's part of the charm anthe experience. Wish I had stayed longer to properly disconnect!

Loved the location and simplicity of the cabin. Really nice little touches with the log burner & coffee beans.
The log burner was the only source of heating in the cabin and despite the website and app saying firewood, lighters and a log splitter would be supplied, these were completely absent. As there was no signal to contact the hosts, this meant that we had a 2hr round trip to go and source fire wood from a shop. I felt this was completely unacceptable, and despite us leaving feedback from the hosts, we’ve had no reply.
