Very cute newly renovated efficiency studio
Shower got suddenly scalding hot with no warning during my shower. Idk if that happens when someone flushes a toilet or showers in another unit, but it was sudden and scalding hot out of nowhere and then went back to the temp I had it set at.

No breakfast available. Very clean and nice. Felt very comfortable and safe.
There was a coffee pot but no coffee available. I like my coffee in the morning and riding on a motorcycle didn’t allow us to get any.

Hotel was very well appointed, inexpensive, had a fully equipped kitchen, beds were comfy, AC worked well. It was quiet, close to Elmira, and the manager went beyond to be helpful.
The walk into the shower stall was super high. Could use a step stool. No grab bars in the bathroom and only one tiny one in the shower.
