with the property being located right on the main A1 trunk route it was very convenient for travelling around and surprisigly quiet will little or no traffic noise at all.
The only gripe was around some others on the site bending the rules relating to noise in the late evening and early morning .Appears thsat there are some who are using these holiday accomodations to house staff working locally so there were small commercial vehicles parked on grass areas and being started up at 5:30 am some days which was quiet annoying

The holiday phone was beautiful and so clean. Great location and a lovely welcome gift was awaiting us on are arrival. Definitely will book again and definitely recommend.
The only thing we didn’t like was the double mattress it wasn’t very comfortable as you could feel the springs. We resolved this but lying on top of the quilt and using the single quilts out of the other room. Apart from that we had a lovely stay.
