Spacious, modern and well appointed 3 bedroom apartment in St Giovanni area of Rome. Metro A line station is almost right next to the apartment building, giving easy access to Roma Termini train station (3 stops), and Vatican (7 stops), etc. The apartment is at the top floor with a great view of Basilica of St Giovanni! The balcony has a roof-top view of the neighborhood.
The apartment is managed by a property management company, which can be slow in responding sometimes. We stayed for 6 nights, and asked for extra towels (they only provided 4 bath towels for 4 guests) and a few starter laundry detergent pods. We were told that someone will come by, but no one showed up. One of the two bathrooms had rancid smells, and we reported it, and were told it was a building issue, not much can be done. Fortunately, the other bathroom is fine, so all four of us used that bathroom for our entire stay.

Нямаше торбички за смет, както и препарат за измиване в кухнята, имаше само една чаша за вино, нито една за кафе, освен пластмасови за еднократна употреба, никакъв препарат за пералната машина.

Es un apartamento grande, cómodo, tranquilo,.. se duerme muy bien. No falta nada. Está lleno de detalles; cápsulas de café, galletas, secadores, jabones,…. La agencia que lleva el alojamiento muy atento y contesta rápido.
Nada. Todo perfecto. Volveremos!

Proximity to Metro station and bus stop. Plenty of gelato and cafes in the area. Beds were comfortable. Good views. Heat worked very well. Added Netflix was nice for nights to relax. Washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher were very helpful.
Getting into the building initially was a major inconvenience; we had to wait for a random stranger not associated with this host company to let us into the building. The company used an AI assistant for check-in, check-out. We were not able to leave our bags when we arrived in Rome, before our check-in time or after check-out (like we have been able to on ALL of our other EIGHT international trip-stays). None of the convenience of a hotel and none of the personableness of a real host. Nothing from this company felt personal at all, just a business transaction.
The water pressure of the showers was poor. One of the bathrooms smelled pretty bad, like sewage being backed up, which radiated to the adjoining bedroom. A used cotton swab was found in the radiator of one of the bedrooms. There were no simple seasonings for when my family and I wanted to cook in the apartment; salt, pepper, and oil would have made a significant difference. The photos are misleading, the football table IS AN OPTION and DOES NOT COME WITH THE STAY.
