One of the most special aspects of Orchids is the people! They were all so friendly and accommodating. A special mention to Sidrit, who was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble. He was so chatty and friendly!
The next best thing is the location! It is right on the beachfront. Going to sleep with the sound of the sea was so lovely. It is a couple of miles out of the centre but that made it quieter, which is what we wanted. A restaurant nearly called Sophra was incredible - highly recommended!
The outdoor space was beautiful- we were there in May and we don’t think the season starts until June, so they were setting up their little beach and sun loungers while we were there. There was a small public beach just a couple of minutes walk away too (a very stony beach).
Our room was lovely - simple but very nice and very clean. There was a kettle but no cups or tea, but we asked for them which was no problem.
The breakfast was again simple, but tasty and relaxed.
We didn’t eat here in the evening but had their cocktails, which were delicious, especially when watching the stunning sunset!
We would highly recommend Orchids. The pictures are not all accurate (the cabanas on the decking are not in use) but that doesn’t take away the beauty of it.

Super clean room, really helpful and accommodating staff. Beautiful views. Sun loungers not as in photos, taken down during off season, but still nice places to lounge available. Highly recommend.
