Most of the staff seems to be young and unexperienced. No smiles, no important hints.
Room was small, outdated interior with questionable carpet.
Bathroom was OK but not well kept (missing towel holder near sink, missing toilet paper holder, doorknob of bathroom door damaged).
Bed in single room was only a small twin bed (.9 x 2m, 36in x 78in).
Spa is OK, Saunas are working well. Door to outdoors hidden behind curtain and closed, Changing room shared with solariums, narrow.
Service in Restaurant overstrained, unexperienced, unfriendly, unprofessional. Quality of dishes doesn't legitimate high prices.
