Deerfield has its own boat launch and marina, as well as the Tiki Hut which is open during the warmer months and offers an array of food and beverages. Just outside the front gates you'll find a market that provides essentials, and the Chapman Hill Winery offering beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.

Boat trailers and additional vehicles can also park on the property at the top of the hill (must be completely off the road).

Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on the platform's policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply.
