Welcome to your home away from home! This recently renovated second floor condo offers an open main living area that is perfect for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen features new stainless steel appliances with an open view to the living and dining areas. The living area includes a sleeper sofa and Smart TV along with blazing fast fiber internet. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and walk-in closet that enters into the primary bathroom featuring a luxurious walk-in shower. The secondary bedroom offers two twin beds that are perfect for the little ones. Both bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs. The spacious deck overlooks a beautiful open green space - no parking lot views from here. This condo is centrally located within the resort style Ocean Walk complex that includes two pools (one heated), 2 tennis/pickle ball courts, large playground, private stocked pond for fishing, multiple gas grills, and a fully equipped clubhouse with Wi-Fi, business center, fitness room, kitchen, game room, ping pong table, and a wraparound deck. The complex offers significant green space to explore with plenty of benches and swings and wonderful docks along the pond that allow easy watching of the ducks that frequent the area. Covered bike storage is steps away from the unit. All of this is within walking distance (less than 1 mile) to the pier village, lighthouse, shops, restaurants, bike rentals, and more. Less than a mile to the public beach access that has plenty of parking and a newly installed playground.

Great unit inside of a great complex. Nice grounds for evening walks, centered around a pond for duck watching. Two pools and a small park for children was a huge plus. Located under a mile to the village for quick trips for dinner and shopping!

We had an amazing stay. The location was amazing- we were steps away from the pool. The neighbors and community are wonderful especially with kids. Everyone was so friendly and knew my kids names and greeted them as we walked around the grounds at night.Everything in the home was super clean! The place was very cute and just the right size for my two children, my husband and mother in law.We would definitely stay again!
