It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.

- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.

- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.
- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.

Host did not provide proper credentials to gain access to property which was in a gated community. We had to lie to the security guard to gain access rather than the host fixing things on their end. WiFi did not work, but they got it fixed relatively quickly
