The Space:

Outdoor living takes center stage at Yeya’s Hideaway, a beautifully designed four-bedroom waterfront home just one house from open water on Big Pine Key. With expansive outdoor spaces on three levels, a newly completed outdoor kitchen, an outdoor shower and a heated and chilled pool expected by the end of November 2026, this home offers an extraordinary setting for a month or longer in the Florida Keys.



From the upper levels, enjoy panoramic views across the canal to Bogie Channel. Start the morning with coffee on the covered porch, spend the afternoon boating or relaxing in the pool and gather on the upper terrace in the evening as the sky changes over the water.



Exceptional Outdoor Living

The enormous upper terrace feels like an outdoor living room in the sky. Multiple seating areas, chaise lounges and a fire table provide plenty of space to gather without feeling crowded, while Adirondack chairs positioned near the railing take full advantage of the sweeping canal and Bogie Channel views.



One level below, the covered waterfront porch offers another generous gathering space with ceiling fans, comfortable lounge seating and a large dining table. This shaded area is ideal for outdoor meals, morning coffee or relaxing while overlooking the canal and open water beyond.



At ground level, the newly installed covered outdoor kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals without leaving the waterfront. The substantial setup includes a large built-in grill, sink, full-size refrigerator, generous countertop space and extensive storage.



An outdoor shower adds convenience after boating, swimming or a day at the beach.



Heated and Chilled Pool Coming Soon



A new 10-by-22-foot pool is currently under construction and expected to be completed by the end of November 2026. The pool can be heated during cooler weather and chilled when summer temperatures climb, making it enjoyable throughout the year.



Construction schedules are subject to change. Guests reserving dates close to the anticipated completion should confirm pool availability before booking.



Inside the Home

The bright, open great room makes the most of the home’s waterfront setting. Multiple sliding glass doors bring in abundant natural light and frame views of the water while providing an easy connection to the covered outdoor dining porch.



A large sectional gives the group plenty of room to relax together, and the indoor dining table seats eight comfortably. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen features an oversized island with additional seating, generous counter space, extensive cabinetry and stainless steel appliances — a practical setup for cooking and entertaining during longer stays.



An upstairs wet bar with a full-size refrigerator keeps drinks and snacks convenient to the upper terrace. A separate office provides a dedicated place for remote work along with a daybed and trundle for additional sleeping flexibility.



Sleeping Arrangements

Three bedrooms - two on the main floor and the third upstairs - each have a king bed.



The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk, creating a flexible setup for a family traveling with children.



The separate office on the main floor includes a daybed with a trundle.



A pack-and-play, high chair, bassinet and toys are provided for guests traveling with young children.



Boating

Yeya’s Hideaway offers 60 feet of private concrete dockage and is located just one house from Bogie Channel and easy access to the ocean or backcountry. The short run makes it easy to begin a day of flats fishing, snorkeling, visiting the sandbars or exploring the waters surrounding the Lower Keys.



The dock is equipped with lighting, a fish-cleaning station and swim ladders, adding convenience whether you are returning from a day of fishing or simply enjoying the water. A bait freezer is also available, and a downstairs enclosure provides storage for fishing gear, coolers and water toys.



The canal is best suited to boats with drafts less than 2.5 feet and beams under 8 feet. Guests should confirm that their vessel is appropriate for the local water depth and dock configuration before booking.



Explore Big Pine Key

Big Pine Key offers a quieter island setting with convenient access to restaurants, groceries and everyday essentials. The island is home to the National Key Deer Refuge along with bike paths and opportunities to explore the natural side of the Lower Keys.



Marathon and Key West are both a short drive away, giving guests easy access to more dining, attractions and activities while still enjoying a peaceful waterfront home base.



Pet Friendly

Small to medium dogs are considered with advance approval. A $250 nonrefundable pet fee applies per pet.



Good to Know

This home requires a minimum stay of 28 nights in accordance with Monroe County regulations.



The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and sign a rental agreement. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform.



Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. All overnight guests must be registered with the property manager.



The rental includes up to $400 in electricity and $250 in water/sewer per month. Any overages will be charged to the guest.



Pool heat (or chilling) is available upon request and costs $400 per month.



Smoking is not permitted.



Same-day turnovers are not offered to allow adequate time for a thorough cleaning and careful preparation between guests.
